Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if cancellation notice received 24 hours prior to session commencement time. No refund will be issued if cancelling 1 hour prior to session commencement time or for non-attendance. Rescheduling up to 2 hours prior to session is accepted online. Please do not hesitate to contact your coach directly for any other concerns.
